    Been home all day. They are too lazy to bring parcel up. Discusting service!

    We are home and left a card saying, difficult access, when a whole truck can be parked in front of the house. Plus left 1 parcel out of 4 and said all is delivered.

    Sign on the door says open 9 to 5 mon to fri. No one there. Answer phone says they are closed but also says they are open mon to fri except public hols. It's not a public holiday. Inept!
